Valentinos / Womack Brothers - S4R Reserva Especial EP - Mailing 20th June

The SAR EP shines a spotlight on the Womack family, initially known as the Womack Brothers before transitioning into R&B as The Valentinos.

Four hand-picked tracks from the early years of incredible Womack brothers which take us on a journey through the birth of soul music, from the gospel roots of “Couldn’t Hear Nobody Pray”, through the early R&B of “Don’t Go Away” and “Rock In The Cradle Of Love” to the incredible group soul of “Put Me Down Easy”. All were previously unreleased on vinyl with the exception of “Couldn’t Hear Nobody Pray”, which is a near mythical SAR release that we won’t find anytime soon.
